Irvington Terrane includes one hundred affordable apartments. The apartments are arranged across three stories over a parking garage, allowing first-floor apartments to have individual entries, and every apartment having either a private balcony or patio. The common areas are thoughtfully designed to meet the varying needs of families. The large courtyard takes advantage of the building’s southern exposure, providing areas of sun and shade. Irvington Terrace received a 2008 Gold Nugget Grand Award for Best Affordable Project. Irvington is also conveniently located within one-half mile of parks, schools, restaurants, and food markets. Eleven units are filled on a referral basis.
